During my year-long learning journey, my biggest gains, besides the improvement in my professional skills, included building countless valuable connections. These not only enriched my learning experience but also made me more competitive in the workplace. After graduation, I clearly felt a change in my work. Whether it was organizing and participating or making decisions, I was able to apply the knowledge I learned in the course more skillfully, making myself more competent and confident in the workplace.

My initial decision to pursue further studies stemmed from my bachelor’s degree, and I hoped to have more opportunities for career advancement. After researching and understanding the options, I chose the University of Liège’s EMBA program. The master’s and doctoral team provided highly professional assistance and planning throughout the process, and the course schedule perfectly suited my work and life needs. I am extremely grateful for the support of the master’s and doctoral team during my studies. Whether it was the advisors or teaching assistants, they all provided meticulous reminders and companionship, allowing me to continue moving forward even when I occasionally slacked off, thanks to their warm assistance. I especially want to thank Teresa; she was not only professional but also always patiently helped me, making this journey truly enriching.
