After more than a year of hard work, I successfully completed my master’s program, a journey that brought me three major gains. First, obtaining the degree is the best affirmation of my efforts; second, the support from family and friends gave me greater strength; and most importantly, I met many outstanding classmates and built valuable connections. These exchanges not only enriched my learning process but will also become a practical asset in my career. After completing the program, I have a deeper understanding of the importance of teamwork and organizational coordination in my work.

These skills enable me to bridge the gap between senior and junior roles in the workplace, and as a leader, to guide teams to achieve greater effectiveness. These are the valuable outcomes I learned in the course and can apply immediately. Looking back, the impetus for enrolling was the pressure brought about by the dramatic changes in the financial market in 2022. Working in the banking industry, I hoped to enhance my professionalism and resilience through further education. The University of Liège is not only an internationally renowned institution, but its programs can also be completed domestically, offering excellent value for money, which led me to enroll without hesitation.

Finally, I would like to express my special thanks to the advisors and team for their dedication. The course atmosphere was lively and interactive, making the learning process supportive and enjoyable. This experience was not only about obtaining a degree, but also a fulfilling and unforgettable journey in my life.
